Terms of Service

Airtight (the “Service”) is operated by Hyaku Labs LLC (“we”, “us”). These terms govern your use of the Service. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

Airtight helps you prepare job applications: it tailors a resume and cover letter to a job posting from the profile you provide, checks the result against your own history, and tracks your applications.

Airtight never submits an application on your behalf. You always review your documents and click submit yourself, on the employer's own site.

Documents the Service produces are generated with artificial intelligence. We check them against the profile you provide, but automated checks can miss things and can flag things incorrectly. You are responsible for reviewing every document before you send it and for the accuracy of every application you submit. Airtight does not guarantee interviews, offers, or employment.

You must be at least 18 to use the Service. Keep your sign-in method secure: anyone with access to your email can access your account. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Your profile, resume data, pasted job postings, and generated documents are yours. You grant us the limited license needed to store and process them to provide the Service — nothing more. We never sell your data and never use your resume data for advertising. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Don't misuse the Service: no scraping, reselling, sharing one account between people, automating requests against it, or using it to produce misleading applications on someone else's behalf.

Paid plans are unlimited within a published fair-use ceiling of 15 tailored applications per day and 150 per month (40 per week on the weekly plan). The ceiling exists to stop automation and account sharing, not real job searches. Only generating a new tailored application counts — editing, re-rendering, re-checking, and the tracker are unlimited.

The free trial includes 3 tailored applications, no card required. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance through Stripe, monthly or weekly, and renew automatically until cancelled.

You can cancel any time, online, in a couple of clicks from Plan & billing — no email required, no retention hoops. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.

If Airtight isn't what you expected, we'll refund your first payment on request within 14 days of your first purchase. Write to support@airtight.so.

You can delete your account and all its data at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms; if we do, we'll say why.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost employment opportunities.

If something goes wrong, contact us first — most problems are fixable in one email. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, and disputes belong to the courts located there.

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. If a change is material we'll notify you by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.
