Job discovery

Roles ranked by how well they fit you.

Airtight crawls company job boards twice a day and scores every listing against your real work history before you open it. Search or just browse, read the fit, and start the application from the card. No scams in the list, and nothing is ever applied to for you.

From your history to a shortlist

  1. 01

    Your history, once

Import a resume or fill in your profile. Discovery reads your job titles from it, so there is nothing to configure before the first search.

  2. 02

    Search, or just browse

Type keywords, with quotes for exact phrases and a minus sign to exclude a word. Or leave the box empty and get roles that match your target titles.

  3. 03

    Read the fit

Every listing gets a match percentage against your history, not just the title: Strong match, Good match or Possible match. Salary shows only when the posting states one.

  4. 04

    Review the application

Open the full posting inside Airtight. When you are ready, the fit check and the documents are one click away, and the role is on your tracker.

What you get

A shortlist worth your evening, not a firehose. The ranking rests on your history, and your history is the one thing generic job boards do not have.

  • Company job boards, crawled twice a day

Roles from company career pages run on Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby and SmartRecruiters, plus a remote-jobs feed and job search aggregators. Not scraped from consumer boards.

  • Ranked against your history

The score reads the posting against what you have done, under whatever title it happened. A deliberate change of field still surfaces; background is a ranking signal, never a veto.

  • Screened for scams

Listings that ask for a fee, promise work with no experience needed, or apply through a chat app are dropped before you see them.

  • Filters that answer at once

Remote, hybrid or on-site. Location. Seniority from internship to manager. Minimum stated salary. Posted within the past week, month or three months. Sort by best fit or newest.

  • Salary only when stated

Ranges and rates are read from the posting itself, in the currency and period it uses. A posting that says nothing shows nothing. No estimates, ever.

  • Three per company, at most

One employer cannot fill your list. Roles you have already reviewed are held back so the same listings do not keep coming around.

  • The full posting, inside Airtight

Read the whole listing without leaving the page, then start the application from the card. The posting is archived with the role, so it stays readable after the listing comes down.

  • Any posting, any field

Found a role somewhere else? Paste the link. The fit check and the documents are the same for a pasted posting as for one Airtight found.

Where discovery is honest with you

Said up front, because the tools in this category earn their bad name by hiding it.

  • Coverage runs deepest in software, data, product and design today. If you work in another field, the list may be thin; pasting a posting works for any job, anywhere.
  • It does not apply for you. Every application is one you read and click submit on, on the employer's site.
  • It does not guess pay. When a posting states nothing, the card shows nothing.
  • It does not save or dismiss listings. Read the full posting, or review the application; a role you reviewed is on your tracker.

Common questions

Where do the jobs come from?
From company career pages run on Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby and SmartRecruiters, from a remote-jobs feed, and from job search aggregators. The crawl runs every twelve hours. Consumer job boards are not scraped.
Is job discovery free?
Yes. Searching and reading the fit for as many roles as you like costs nothing and counts toward nothing. Only writing the documents for a role counts as one of your applications, and the first three of those are free.
How is the match percentage worked out?
Each listing is read against your history: how well the requirements match what you have done, how close the role is to your background, and the quality of the fit on workplace, location, your screening rules and how recent the posting is. The number is a ranking aid for your shortlist, not a prediction of an offer.
I do not work in tech. Will it find anything?
The boards run deepest in software, data, product and design today, so the list may be thin in other fields. The rest of Airtight does not care: paste any posting and the fit check, the resume and the cover letter work the same.
Does it apply to jobs for me?
No, and it never will. Auto-applied applications get candidates flagged and filtered, and a person should be the one who decides to apply. Discovery gives you the shortlist and the documents; you click submit.
What happens when I click Review application?
The role opens in your workspace with the full posting archived, and it goes on your tracker. Nothing is written until you ask for the documents, so opening a role never uses one of your applications.

Know where you stand before you apply.

Paste one posting and see the fit check, the documents and the board with a real role on it. The first three applications are free.
