Airtight is built by a small, independent team, and we are not hiring today. This page exists so you know what we are making and how to reach us if you would want to be part of it when that changes.
What we are building
A resume and cover letter written for each posting, checked line by line against the person's own history, and a tracker that follows every application through to the offer. The fit check, the one-click rewrite and the job discovery are all one product, and the free trial is the whole thing.
How we work
Every line has to be true
The product's whole promise is that nothing in an application is invented. That standard applies to the way we write about it and to the way we build it.
Small and careful
One product, a short list of things it does well, and time spent on the details a job seeker feels: the fit check, the one-click rewrite, the download that opens cleanly.
The user clicks submit
Airtight never sends an application for anyone. The person stays in charge of what goes out under their name, and the software earns its place by making that easy.
When that changes
If you would want to hear about a role before it is posted, send a short note about what you do and a link to something you have made. We keep every one and reply to each.
